Jesse Thomas Williams

Our story’s protagonist, Jesse doesn't take well to change and often avoids precarious, dangerous situations. That is, of course, until he finds himself thrust into what he thinks is his worst nightmare. Now it's up to him to figure out the truth before it's too late.

Timothy Jacob "T.J." Banes

Upbeat and personable, T.J. has come to accept that he is a half-bred and takes full advantage of it. It's more than can be said for his twin brother, Jesse, whom he's just met for the first time. He's also rigorously trained and jumps at action whenever the chance strikes.

Cecillia ("Scorch")

Raised by her older brother, Eclipse, she ranks as second-in-command in the clan and has the skills to back it up. Tough as a front, though, she is genuinely sweet and caring when it comes to her loved ones. But make no mistake, if you threaten her clan, she will not hesitate to beat the snot out of you.

Eclipse

Calm and collected, Eclipse is a powerful and dangerous force to be reckoned with. As the leader of the clan, he always seems to know what's going on and takes it upon himself to train the twins, Jesse and T.J. Often mistaken to be mean and angry because of the physical scars, he is actually a very strong, quiet and caring individual.

Edward "Brand" Helmich III

Brand doesn't take well to new people. His transition with the twins, especially Jesse, is difficult at first. Cold and distant by nature, Brand tends to express his dominance through sarcasm. Buddy considers him his best friend, even if he finds Buddy's antics obnoxious.

Adast "Buddy" Hering

Energetic and easily excitable, Buddy is the clown of the group. He is always smiling and trying to make others laugh, especially stick-in-the-mud Brand. Growing up during a time of war and famine in his homeland, Buddy ran away at a young age and was adopted by a human family.

The White Prince ("White")

One of the two original Twin Princes that began Jesse and T.J.’s bloodline. Reborn with each family’s generation, White is Jesse’s ancestor and spiritual guide, and only Jesse can see him. He’s convinced his brother died under suspicious circumstances and wants to fix a past wrong in order to prevent it from happening again.

The Dark Prince ("Shadow")

Not much is known about him yet except that he is one of the two original Twin Princes and White’s brother in a past life. He follows T.J. around and doesn’t interact with Jesse or White, even though they can see him.

The Unknown

No one knows exactly who or what he is or why he desires to take out the Twin Princes, but he is a dangerous threat to everyone. Can manifest weapons from his own body parts and hide in the shadows. Jesse’s last fight with him did not end well.

Susan Williams

Jesse and T.J.’s Aunt. She’s raised Jesse since he was 5 years old and really cares about him. Often times she’s the responsible adult in the room. Her job takes her on a lot of business trips, unfortunately.

Scott Jones Jr.

Jesse’s best friend. They met after Jesse saved him from a bully during elementary school and have been close friends since, although Jesse hasn’t seen much of him lately.

Mikael

T.J.’s guardian since he was a little kid, Mikael came unexpectedly into the Banes family years ago and hasn’t left. He’s always stern and grumpy (but he means well) and has the physical physique and skills to protect his family. A unique health condition causes him to appear older then he actually is. His English still isn’t very good.

Lauren Banes

T.J.’s Step-Mother and secondary guardian. She married T.J.’s father right before his passing and decided to stay with the family. Bubbly and optimistic, she’s Mikael’s opposite in every way and the family’s ray of sunshine. She can’t help but “mother” everyone around her. Also, she may have a new love interest.

Joshua Chan/McCane

T.J.’s best friend. Joshua was adopted as a baby and raised by a sweet couple in T.J.’s hometown in Pennsylvania. He has a... unique birth family history. Bold but never brash, he’s the guy you want in your corner when things get rough. Skilled fencer and swimmer.

Jackie McCane

Josh’s younger cousin. Stubborn and tough as nails, she doesn’t take no for an answer and can usually find a way to get exactly what she wants. She’s a huge tomboy and prefers the company of guys.

She and T.J. tried dating for a while but it didn’t work out.

Red

Red is a rival clan leader and knows Eclipse and Scorch well. In fact, he and Scorch dated for a while, which makes his interactions with them REALLY awkward. Likes to stick his nose into situations where it doesn’t belong and talks a big game. He’s pretty much a huge coward and kind of a jerk.

Red's Clan Mates

They follow Red and does what he tells them. Not too bright but fiercely loyal.
